Dhanaulti the magical hill station situated in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan Range in the state of Uttarakhand. It is located at an elevation of 2286 meters above the sea level. It offers you panoramic view of the Himalayas. Dhanaulti is surrounded with tall trees and rich grassland. If you will go there, you will really enjoy the nature of Dhanaulti.



How to reach:-

By Air - Dhanaulti doesn't have its own Airport. Jolly Grant Airport at Dehradun is the nearest Airport at the distance of around 86 kms away. You can hire a taxi or cab to reach Dhanaulti. 

By Train - Dehradun Railway Station is the nearest station at the distance of 60 kms from city center. Buses and taxi runs from Dehradun railway station and Dhanaulti.

By Road - Dhanaulti is well connected by road to its nearby cities and also from neighbouring states.

It has open area where kids can play. It is developed by DFO. It is also helped and developed with the help of Local Youth. This Eco Park is divided in to two parts named Amber and Dhara. It is ideal place to visit with family and Group of friends also. You will fall in love with the natural beauty of this place.

3. Tehri dam



Tehri Dam is a most popular tourist attraction in Dhanaulti. It is the tallest dam in India. The dam          reservior is also known as Tehri Lake. It is most famous for picnic among the locals as well as tourist.  You can enjoy the beautiful and picturesque view of the mountain from the top of the dam. You can also take a boat ride in water.
